I searched your web to see if it was someplace that I could leave a patient testimony but I didn't see one, so I thought the same way I had the complaint I wanted to share the great experience I have had with Dr. Hartman and his staff. Let me start off saying you handled my complaint with the utmost professionalism. I wasn't made to feel that I had did something wrong because I had a complaint and you went out of your way to correct it and make me want to continue coming to Dr. Hartman. I am so thrilled with the improvements in my skin! I had never been faced with having to worry about my skin until the last couple of years. Due to hormonal changes, I started having problems with acne and hyperpigmentation. This was so upsetting to me, all my life I have received complements on my skin and to be suddenly faced with hating to even go somewhere because of my skin was new to me. I started hearing about Dr. Hartman and decided to make an appointment. I am so glad I did! The regimen that Dr. Hartman has placed me on has so greatly improved my skin.
